Services, Payments & Refunds

McBride Digital provides professional services related to Shopify store builds, optimisation, and ongoing support. Due to the nature of these services, the following policy applies.

Payments

Payment terms are agreed in writing prior to the commencement of any work. Invoices must be paid in accordance with the agreed terms.

Work will not begin until any required upfront payment has been received.

Refunds

Because services involve time, expertise, and custom work, refunds are not provided once work has commenced, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If a project is cancelled before work begins, any payments made may be refunded at our discretion.

Ongoing Support

For ongoing support arrangements, cancellation terms will be outlined at the time of engagement. Work completed up to the cancellation date remains payable.

Changes to Scope

Any work requested outside the agreed scope may require a revised quote or agreement before proceeding.
