  • Respond to requests for feedback or approvals in a timely manner

  • Ensure they have the rights to any content, imagery, or materials supplied

Delays caused by missing information or approvals may impact timelines.

4. Payments

Payment terms will be agreed prior to the commencement of services.

Invoices must be paid in accordance with the terms outlined at the time of engagement. Late payments may result in paused work until payment is received.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.

5. Changes to Scope

Any work requested outside the originally agreed scope may require a revised quote, timeline, or agreement.

McBride Digital is not obligated to carry out additional work without written confirmation.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client is granted the right to use the completed work for its intended purpose.

McBride Digital retains the right to display completed work in portfolios, case studies, or marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Third-Party Tools & Platforms

Services may involve the use of third-party platforms, tools, or applications (including Shopify and related services).

McBride Digital is not responsible for changes, outages, or issues caused by third-party services beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

McBride Digital provides services with reasonable care and professional diligence.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, McBride Digital shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of revenue, data, or business interruption arising from the use of our services or website.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services by providing written notice in accordance with the agreed engagement terms.

Upon termination, the client remains responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.

We reserve the right to restrict access to the website if these terms are violated.
